Job Highlights Up to S$5,000 Monday to Friday,8:30am – 5:30pm Tampines AWS, Variable Bonus,Year Salary Review Job Summary Join a dynamic project management team supporting new product introduction (NPI), business development, and manufacturing projects. This role offers exposure to project planning, client management, commercial operations, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage project accounts involving new product introduction (NPI), operational support, and business transformation initiatives. Coordinate project schedules, scope, resources, financial performance, and delivery milestones. Monitor project costs, quotations, engineering changes, and lifecycle activities. Support revenue growth objectives through opportunity identification, pricing activities, and account development. Manage customer contracts, project commitments, and deliverables to ensure successful execution. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer expectations and service commitments are met. Act as the key liaison between customers and internal departments including Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Business teams. Coordinate project activities, documentation, reporting, quality control, and project reviews. Prepare project reports, presentations, quotations, and business updates. Support multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines and quality standards are achieved. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, account management, operations, or related functions. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications. Experience in an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or Contract Manufacturing environment will be advantageous. Good understanding of costing, quotations, and commercial operations. Willi…
