About this role

Job Highlights: Up to $7,500 (Basic) Located at Expo Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM AWS, VB Key Responsibilities Drive business growth by promoting digital HVAC and energy optimisation solutions across Singapore and Southeast Asia. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable digital building solutions. Conduct energy assessments and demonstrate digital dashboards and analytics platforms. Prepare technical proposals and ROI analyses for customers. Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops. Work closely with consultants, M&E engineers, OEMs, contractors, and facility owners throughout the sales cycle. Support project implementation, system commissioning, and customer onboarding. Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships. Ensure solutions comply with Singapore's energy efficiency regulations and Green Mark requirements. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Building Services, or related Engineering discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or solution engineering. Strong experience in digital building solutions, including one or more of the following: Building Management System (BMS) Building Automation System (BAS) IoT-enabled building technologies Energy Management Systems (EMS) Smart Building Solutions Digital monitoring or analytics platforms HVAC digital controls Experience working with consultants, M&E contractors, developers, or facility management companies. Strong presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills. Willingness to travel within Singapore and occasionally across Southeast Asia.
