Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through regular engagement, follow-ups, and support in maintaining ongoing business partnerships. Work closely with internal teams to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions while supporting overall business growth efforts. Maintain proper and up-to-date client records, ensure regular engagement with assigned accounts, and support coordination across relevant teams. Stay informed on relevant employment guidelines and ensure all client interactions are handled in a compliant and professional manner in a fast-paced environment.
