Drafter/ BIM Modeller

Job Highlight: Monday - Friday, 830AM - 6PM AWS & VB Central Region, Outram Key Responsibilities Develop detailed and accurate 3D Building Information Models (BIM) using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software. Create Revit Families/Components in accordance with project specifications and industry standards (LOD 500). Produce precise 2D construction drawings and detailed documentation, ensuring compliance with Singapore’s codes, standards, and regulations. Attend site meetings and coordination sessions when required. Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to incorporate design inputs into BIM models. Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP systems using Navisworks or equivalent tools. Continuously update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle. Extract quantity take-offs for cost estimation, procurement, and construction planning. Perform quality assurance checks on BIM deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency. Support progress/work-done claims with relevant documentation and as-built drawings. Provide guidance and training to junior team members or colleagues on BIM tools and workflows. Handle drafting responsibilities, including schematic diagrams, shop drawings, and coordination drawings. Carry out general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to a positive office environment.
