Nurse Manager / Senior (Labour & Delivery)

Job highlight Up to $13,000 Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM) On-call duties as required AWS, VB Responsibilities Lead the Labour & Delivery unit by setting departmental goals and ensuring high standards of nursing care. Oversee staff induction, competency assessments, training, and career development for the nursing team. Monitor and improve patient care quality through nursing evaluations, incident reviews, and implementation of corrective actions. Manage manpower planning, duty rosters, and departmental budgets to ensure efficient operations. Skills / Experience Required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; Post Basic qualification in Midwifery preferred. Registered Midwifery with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a similar leadership role within a Labour & Delivery department. Strong leadership, communication, staff management, and operational planning skills.
