Senior Commercial Manager (Luxury/Logistics)

Job Highlight: Monday - Friday, 830AM - 6PM Incentive Performance Bonus East Region Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities across luxury, valuables, retail, exhibitions, and high-value logistics sectors Manage and grow existing key accounts Build long-term relationships with customers and industry stakeholders Support commercial strategy, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations Work closely with operations teams to ensure service excellence and customer retention Candidates with an existing industry network and ability to bring in customers orbusiness opportunities will have a strong advantage Actively participate in social, networking, and business events to strengthen market presence and develop commercial opportunities Act as a secondary point of leadership in the absence of senior management Gain involvement across all aspects of the Singapore business, including operations, customer service, finance coordination, HR support, and administration Monitor operational performance and support continuous improvement initiatives Assist in managing escalations, customer incidents, and service recovery matters Support internal reporting, budgeting coordination, and management reviews Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment between commercial and operational objectives Support team development and contribute to a positive working culture Participate in strategic planning and branch development initiatives Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
