You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, source candidates, screen profiles, arrange interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. This role is suitable for someone who is proactive, people-oriented, and enjoys building connections while supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities Source and screen candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and other recruitment channels Understand hiring requirements and shortlist suitable candidates based on job fit Conduct initial phone screening and assess candidates’ suitability Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients / internal stakeholders Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs Follow up closely with candidates throughout the recruitment process Support mass hiring, overseas hiring, and other recruitment campaigns when required Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding Maintain …
