HIGH BASIC + ATTRACTIVE COMMISSION Location: Jurong East Are you looking for a high basic + commission-based role with uncapped earning potential? We are hiring driven individuals with call centre sales / inside sales experience to support Business Development and client engagement in a fast-paced environment. Job scope: • Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients and candidates • Identify business opportunities and build client relationships • Manage and grow existing accounts • Understand hiring needs and provide staffing solutions • Achieve sales and recruitment targets • Ensure smooth follow-up throughout the hiring process Candidates who possess a CEI Certificate will have an advantage.
