Key Responsibilities Provide casework and counselling support to teenagers in residential care Conduct needs and risk assessments; develop and implement Individual Care Plans Work closely with external stakeholders including schools, agencies and healthcare professionals Facilitate restorative work and family counselling sessions Monitor residents’ progress, manage incidents and maintain accurate case documentation Participate in weekly case conferences and follow-up actions Plan and run group work, life skills programmes and developmental workshops Coordinate relevant enrichment activities, classes and talks Prepare reports and support the Head of Home in assigned duties What We’re Looking For Bachelor in Social Work or Registered Social Worker. Minimum 2 years of working experience in casework or youth support services Strong interpersonal, communication and counselling skills Compassionate, resilient and motivated to empower vulnerable youth Able to support after-hours emergencies when required Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
