Job Summary : - Location: Redhill - Salary: Up $3,500 + Quarterly Commission + Year-End Bonus - Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM About the Role We are seeking a hardworking, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are passionate about cost management, tendering, and project coordination within the renovation and interior design industry. Key Responsibilities -Prepare quantity take-offs and costing for project pricing and budget estimation -Source and obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers -Follow up on quotations and conduct cost comparison analysis -Prepare and submit tenders, proposals, and quotations -Negotiate pricing and contracts with subcontractors and suppliers -Review client and designer requirements and provide cost-related recommendations -Source and build relationships with new subcontractors and suppliers -Prepare renovation submission documents -Coordinate project schedules with designers, sales personnel, and contractors -Understand renovation project phases and ensure timely execution Requirements ✔ Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field ✔ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred ✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Independent, meticulous, and highly self-motivated ✔ Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
