Quantity Surveyor (Executive)

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Executive) Job Responsibilities: 1. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities. 2. Source quotations and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors. 3. Evaluate and certify subcontractor claims and progress payments. 4. Prepare project cost reports and monitor project expenditure. 5. Handle variation orders, final accounts, and contract administration. 6. Work closely with project managers to ensure projects remain within budget. 7. Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Requirements: 1. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline. 2. Relevant experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management is preferred. 3. Knowledge of standard forms of construction contracts. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office & Bluebeam. 5. Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. 6. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
