Sustainability Solution Engineer

Position Overview We are looking for a Sustainability Solution Engineer to join ourteam. This role requires some experience in Building Management Systems (BMS),chiller systems, and commercial HVAC solutions, with a keen understanding ofenergy efficiency and sustainability-driven projects. The successful candidatewill be responsible for managing client accounts, preparing proposals, andexecuting sales strategies to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Account Management & Client Servicing Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and end-users. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions aligned with project needs and energy-saving goals. Serve as the main point of contact for all sales-related communications. Sales & Proposal Development Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and pricing in response to customer queries and tenders. Collaborate with the engineering team to align proposals with system design and technical feasibility. Respond promptly to enquiries and provide pre-sales technical consultation where necessary. Sales Planning & Target Achievement Develop and execute sales plans in line with annual sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development strategies. Ensure timely follow-up on sales leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Communication & Documentation Provide customers with regular updates, technical documentation, and after-sales support when required. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activity and customer feedback to management. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in: *BMS Control Systems/Chiller Systems *Energy Efficiency / Green Building Projects *Commercial HVAC (Air-Conditioning) Strong technical understanding of M&E systems and energy-saving technologies. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, independent, and goal-oriented.
