IT Engineer

Key Responsibilities Provide1st and 2nd level onsite IT support for hardware, software, network, printing and system related issues Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment Perform software installation, upgrades, patch management and system updates Manage user accounts, access permissions, and password resets Diagnose and resolve hardware, operating system, application and connectivity issues Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of hardware and software licenses Follow IT security policies and assist in implementing cybersecurity best practices Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including workstation setup and account provisioning Support meeting room technology, video conferencing systems, and office collaboration tools Collaborate with vendors and corporate IT teams to resolve technical issues and support builds/upgrades Job Requirements Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field 2-3 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles Experience in supporting end users in a corporate environment Familiar with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or endpoint management tools Knowledge of IT asset management processes Experience in supporting Apple products or Autodesk environment is an added advantage
