Executive Mechanical Engineer

Based In Singapore Duties & Responsibilities Assist the Team Leader and Job Captain in the performance of their duties Supervise the other design drafting team Ensure quality and accuracy of designs Ensure compliance with project Design Criteria/Client Brief/Approved Concept Ensure compliance with relevant design standards and office standards Attend and participate in design meetings Ensure compliance with ISO Quality Procedure Manual Requirements A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering recognised by Professional Engineers Board. Entry level with some consultancy internship experience are welcome to apply 3 years and above design experience in consultancy firm would be advantageous Must have prior hands-on design experience in the design of ACMV, Fire and Hydraulic services for large scale building projects Experience in Rail and infrastructure projects and data centre an advantage Experience in designing data center projects Proficient in seismic design methods for building equipment. Experience designing base-isolated structures with isolation layer displacements exceeding 500 mm. Additional Requirements: Good interpersonal and communication skills Must be fully familiar with local and international codes Hands-on experience with relevant engineering software and BIM Must be able to work independently Must have a good understanding of unit costs of the MEP services in various types of projects
