Quality & Compliance: Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure products meet exact specifications and company standards. Safety & Environment: Implement and strictly enforce safety protocols, hygiene regulations, and equipment maintenance checks. Continuous Improvement: Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement strategies for increased efficiency. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Proven track record in a manufacturing or supervisory role, with a strong understanding of production processes. Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making capabilities under pressure.
