About this role

We are a growing renovation contractor company looking for a dependable Admin Accounts Executive to support our daily office and accounts operations. This role is hands-on and suitable for fresh graduates, mid-career switch candidates, or individuals who enjoy a varied job scope in an SME environment. Training will be provided, and you will have the opportunity to learn across different aspects of the business. Key Responsibilities: Assist with application, renewal, and maintenance of work permits and company's various licenses & permits Handle online enquiries and support coordination with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors Support payroll processing and staff-related administrative matters Assist in project Profit & Loss (P&L) tracking and basic job costing Maintain and update company accounts and P&L records Ensure accounting and administrative records are accurate and up to date Provide general administrative support to the operations team Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum qualification: Diploma (any field) Fresh graduates and mid-career switch candidates are welcome Prior admin or accounts experience is preferred but not compulsory Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, simple formulas) Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and workers due to the nature of the industry) Able to multi-task, work independently, and manage daily priorities Responsible, organised, and willing to learn Salary & Employment Details: Monthly Salary: $2,000 – $2,500 (depending on experience & qualifications) Full-time position WHY JOIN US: Friendly & dynamic SME working environment On-the-job training provided Exposure to both administrative and accounting duties Opportunity to learn and grow with the company
