Construction Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Installs, maintains, and repairs pipes and fixtures associated with water distribution and sanitation systems according to safety standards and building codes. 2. Inspects drainage and other plumbing systems for compliance with local regulations. 3. Inspects and conducts water tank maintenance work in compliance with PUB requirements. 4. Collaborates with contractors, other workers to ensure the smooth completion of work. 5. Leads and directs high-pressure construction projects, ensuring uncompromising quality and meeting stringent deadlines. 6. Adapts to sun exposure or hazardous environments. 7. Is hands-on and does not mind getting their hands dirty. 8. Must be able to work day or night shifts if required. 9. Must be able to work on weekends or public holidays if needed. 10. Exhibits unwavering flexibility, working extended hours, weekends, and frequently traveling between sites. Requirements: 1. 6 years of hands-on experience with at least 4 years in relevant work. 2. Deep knowledge of plumbing and sanitary works. 3. Knowledge of cutting-edge equipment, safety protocols, and industry best practices. 4. Proven ability to thrive under extreme pressure and maintain composure in challenging situations. 5. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills for effective team management. 6. Physical stamina to perform demanding on-site duties. 7. Must be able to travel to sites using public transport if company transport is not provided. 8. Willingness to travel extensively and work in varied environmental conditions.
