Studio Manager

Studio Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio and ensure the studio delivers operating excellence. To upkeep team with knowledge of studio programs, products & services, promotions, and SOPs. Ensure upkeep of front-of-house and bar inventory stock, purchasing and ordering of products, and assessing business operations when inventory drops to a specified level. Deliver quality responses to customer enquiries via our email helpdesk. Member Experience: Implements programs and initiatives to engage current and new members and continuously improve their member experience. Solicits member feedback and identifies improvement goals to meet member needs, resolve problems, and generate new ideas for programs and services to maintain member satisfaction. People Management: Serve as the day-to-day leader for all supervisors and front-of-house crew, leading by example and in alignment with our mission, vision, and values, and accountable for their overall performance. Manage and coordinate vendor relationships including sourcing and shortlisting vendors. Manage staff welfare and morale and uphold internal culture. Training and Development: Review staff and business to ensure top operations and service standards are met. Provide coaching, feedback, and follow-through to drive morale, engagement, confidence, and high energy of the front desk team. Others: Administrative duties Ad-hoc duties
