Quality Inspector

Key Responsibilities Conduct incoming, n-process, and final inspections of products and materials. Perform dimensional and visual inspections using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements. Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality records. Identify, document, and report non-conforming products and materials. Support root cause investigations and corrective action activities. Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues. Ensure compliance with company quality procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements. Participate in continuous improvement and 5S activities. Requirements NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Inspection, QA/QC, or a manufacturing environment. Able to use basic measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings is preferred. Good attention to detail and quality awareness. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Experience in automotive, machining, or manufacturing industries. Knowledge of ISO 9001/ IAFT Quality Management Systems. Familiarity with inspection documentation and quality records.
