Primary Job Responsibilities: ● Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, drawings, and bills of material to gather necessary raw materials, subassemblies, tools, and consumables. ● Able to work with all process / assembly stations independently to ensure that the production target and quality requirements are met. ● Able to work with a variety of equipment and to define and correct mechanical problems as they arise. ● Able to identify causes of common process problems and provide alternative solutions for resolving them. ● Able to train others in basic procedures and provide technical advisory role on the production floor to new assembler. ● General understanding of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) including just in time (JIT) and Total Quality programs. ● Excellent communication skills (including ability to read, understand and explain GMP, Process procedures, and other necessary documentation.) ● Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies and verifying receipt of supplies Secondary Job Responsibilities: ● Complies with all Controlled Environment Room (CER) protocol, including personal hygiene, gowning and safety procedures. ● Accurately documents information on history records, inspection data sheets, scrap reports, and other documentation related to specific processes being performed. ● Ability to perform other activities in support of administration, R&D, and engineering activities, manufacturing, and release, as directed by Senior Management. ● Able to follow instructions with minimal supervision. Minimum Education Required: ● GCE ‘N’ level or higher ● Diploma Preferred Minimum Experience: ● 1 year experience in assembly or equivalent education, diploma / degree ● Computer literacy preferred. Familiar with Microsoft office software ● Working knowledge of GMP, MPI’s, clean room procedures. ● Being able to work with a microscope. ● Being able to explain clearly and accurately manufacturing issue. ● Preferably experience in coating and calibration.
