Role Overview The Senior Financial Institutions Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with financial institutions across the region. This individual will identify new commercial opportunities, negotiate partnerships, and drive revenue growth through collaborations with banks, payment service providers, fintechs, digital asset institutions, correspondent banking partners, and other financial ecosystem participants. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of payments, banking infrastructure, treasury services, cross-border payments, and institutional financial products, coupled with a strong industry network and proven experience in enterprise sales and strategic partnerships. Act as the primary commercial contact for strategic financial institution partners. Develop joint business plans and partnership roadmaps. Conduct regular business reviews and identify expansion opportunities. Ensure long-term partner success and commercial growth.
