We are looking for a Kitchen Cook who is dedicated, dependable, and enjoys working in a collaborative and inclusive kitchen environment. You will be part of a pioneering team operating in a smart kitchen to ensure consistency, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to recipes and standards Assist in food prep, portioning, and maintaining stock levels Operate smart kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety (SFA compliance) Support inclusive teamwork — working alongside and mentoring colleagues with disabilities Assist in menu planning, cost control, and daily operations Uphold MYMCA’s values of service, inclusivity, and excellence Requirements Minimum 1 year of cooking experience in a café, restaurant, or catering environment Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen operations Able to work in a team and follow standard operating procedures Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn new technologies Why Join Us?
