Job Summary Metta Preschool @ Punggol seeks an Early Intervention Teacher to deliver tailored lessons and collaborate with therapists, supporting children under 6 with special needs to reach their full potential in an inclusive environment. Responsibilities Deliver interactive lessons aligned with the early intervention curriculum to support developmental goals Prepare and adapt learning materials to meet individual student needs and learning styles Track and document student progress to inform instructional adjustments and reporting Collaborate with therapists to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and set measurable goals Organize and facilitate outings, enrichment activities, and classroom events to enhance learning experiences Mentor new staff and interns by providing guidance and conducting On-the-Job Training (OJT) sessions Ensure adherence to ISO and NCSS/MSF standards to maintain quality and compliance in service delivery Perform additional duties as assigned to support the centre’s operations and objectives Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma in Early Childhood or Specialist Diploma in Early Childhood Intervention (SDESN) preferred Experience working in preschool or special needs educational settings is advantageous Demonstrate patience, passion, and a collaborative team approach Exhibit strong planning skills, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning Other Information Location: Punggol Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
