Job Summary Join Tim Hortons as a Shift Leader and contribute to our exciting brand launch in Singapore by leading store operations, coaching teams, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Supervise and delegate tasks during shifts to maintain smooth workflows and efficient store operations Coach employees and provide constructive feedback to build positive employee experiences and foster teamwork Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming store environment Enforce company policies and standards by coordinating shift schedules, monitoring attendance, and addressing performance issues promptly Perform operational support tasks including overseeing store cleanliness and organizing stock to ensure readiness Maintain quality control in food and beverage preparation by conducting regular store inspections and ensuring compliance with regulations Monitor sales performance and assist the store manager in achieving sales targets Communicate store updates clearly to facilitate smooth shift handovers and report issues, incidents, or employee concerns to the store manager Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 3 years’ experience in the service industry with at least 1 year in a supervisory role Proven leadership experience in managing teams effectively Strong interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated through team and customer interactions Ability to multitask and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays Other Information Tim Member Benefits 5-day work week Health and medical coverage Employee meals and discounts Flexible work arrangements Career development and progression pathways
