A fulfilling and rewarding career awaits those who want to join in ISD’s critical mission of keeping Singapore safe, secure and sovereign for all Singaporeans. - Formulate and implement Home Team procurement strategies and policies for purpose of maintaining Home Team's edge in capabilities and technologies - Ensure governance of Home Team procurement and compliance to Home Team procurement policies - Design and manage smart contracting and sourcing models to ensure best-fit to users' requirements and adaptability to future market and industry trends - Apply automation to procurement processes and perform data analytics on procurement and contracting data - Conceptualise and administer procurement systems used by Home Team - Process procurement transactions, including the vetting of quotation / tender documents and evaluation reports - Analytical reasoning, data synthesis and analysis - Applicants with no experience may apply - Only Singaporeans need apply - 3 years of relevant experience in contract design and management and good understanding of Government IM on Procurement is preferred. - Good leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills. Able to engage internal and external parties professionally. - Team player with good planning ability and is meticulous with details - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
