As a Senior Security Assessment Specialist, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the internal security of Singapore by leading a team to counter security threats such as those posed by foreign subversive elements, spies, racial and religious extremists, and terrorists. • Analyse and assess complex cases of security interest, identify potential risks and threats, and develop effective solutions to address them in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders • Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, including training and development programs, process improvements, and performance metrics • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, law enforcement, and other partners, to ensure efficient and effective processing of cases of security interest What We Are Looking For: • Degree in any discipline or equivalent competencies. • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical skills • Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks • Good team management skills Requirements: • Only Singaporeans need apply • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Willing to learn new knowledge and skills in a complex and dynamic operating environment • Competency in digital tools and data analytics would be an added advantage What We Offer: • A fulfilling and rewarding career in a critical mission of keeping Singapore safe, secure, and sovereign for all Singaporeans • Opportunities for professional growth and development • A dynamic and supportive work environment We wish to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
