Your leadership will be central to guiding a team of officers, as you work together to support offenders on their journey towards reintegration. In this role, you will be more than just a custodian—you’ll be a leader, strategist, and innovator. You’ll manage the daily operations essential to maintaining the safe and secure custody of offenders, ensuring that all procedures and protocols are adhered to with precision and care. Your responsibilities will also extend to enforcing regulations and maintaining order within the facility. Beyond these core duties, you will have the opportunity to delve into the broader departments that drive our prison’s operations and corrections work. You’ll gain exposure to policy development, contributing to projects that shape the future of corrections.
