Your leadership will be central to guiding a team of officers, as you work together to support offenders on their journey towards reintegration. In this role, you will be more than just a custodian—you’ll be a leader, strategist, and innovator. You’ll manage the daily operations essential to maintaining the safe and secure custody of offenders, ensuring that all procedures and protocols are adhered to with precision and care.
