IT Project Manager

Innovative Technology and Industry Leadership Global Exposure and Career Development About Our Client Singapore headquartered logistics company, largest home-carrier in Southeast Asia Job Description Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects supporting fleet management, port systems, and logistics Lead implementation and enhancement of systems such as: Fleet Management Systems Transportation Management Systems (TMS) ERP (Finance, Procurement, Maintenance) Port Community Systems / EDI integrations Work closely with Operations, Chartering, Fleet, Finance, and Compliance teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Plan and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation Coordinate internal IT teams, external system integrators, and maritime technology vendors Ensure compliance with maritime regulations , data security standards, and audit requirements (e.g. IMO guidelines, VGM reporting, cybersecurity best practices) Oversee system integration with ports, agents, terminals, customers, and partners Manage UAT, cutover planning, change management, and post‑implementation support Provide regular project updates and risk reports to senior management Drive continuous improvement and digitalisation initiatives across shipping operations The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent Minimum 8 years of IT project management experience, ideally within shipping, logistics, transportation, or port operations Proven track record delivering enterprise or operational technology projects Strong experience managing vendors and complex system integrations Solid understanding of SDLC , Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills What's on Offer Innovative Technology and Industry Leadership Global Exposure and Career Development Contact Jayden Yap (Lic No: R22110369/ EA no: 18C9065) Quote job ref JN-042026-7006162 Phone number +65 6416 9897 Michael Page (Personnel) Pte Ltd | Registration No.201736642C
