Job Summary Main Responsibilities: Identify, diagnose and resolve process and equipment related problems Coordinate and execute process, equipment and material evaluation / optimization initiatives and implement changes at process step Lead / Support the New Equipment Qualification to support new technology development and production ramp. Lead / participate in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities Validate and fan out new process baseline qualified, including new process, tools and/or materials for new product introduction Support SPC/FDC/RMS/APC Manage / audit material suppliers to achieve quality, cost and risk management objectives Support internal and external audits Defines processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of products. Involvement may begin at any step from pilot plant to full-scale manufacturing. Participate in design requirement review with cross-functional teams to ensure compatibility with processing methods. Compiles and evaluates test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications. Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
