As a Manager in the F10 ADTS ATE PEE Diffusion/Implant team, you will lead process engineering teams responsible for diffusion/Implant-related processes in semiconductor wafer fabrication. The role focuses on driving yield improvement, process optimization, cost reduction, and risk management while ensuring stable high-volume manufacturing performance. Key Responsibilities Process & Yield Management Lead end-to-end diffusion process performance (yield, reliability, defectivity) Drive systematic yield improvement through defect analysis and process optimization Ensure robust control using methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, 8D, DOE Identify, prioritize, and resolve process excursions impacting production Technical Leadership (PEE – Process & Equipment Engineering) Oversee process condition setup, optimization, and technology upgrades Guide evaluation and qualification of new equipment and materials Drive continuous improvement in process capability and cost efficiency Ensure strong integration between process and equipment performance Operations & Manufacturing Support Ensure process stability and high volume manufacturing readiness Lead troubleshooting for line issues through structured root cause analysis Partner with manufacturing to minimize downtime and maximize output Drive change management discipline (e.g., process changes, qualifications) Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with: Process Integration (PI) Yield Engineering (YE) Manufacturing (MFG) Global and Site engineering teams Align diffusion/Implant process performance with overall fab yield goals Support new product introduction (NPI) and technology ramp Lead, coach, and develop a team of Process Owners / Engineers Set clear goals aligned to fab yield, quality, and cost targets Build strong technical capability and problem-solving culture Ensure execution discipline and accountability across the team 6. Data & Reporting Translate complex process data into actionable insights Provide regular updates to fab leadership on yield trends, risks, and actions Drive data-driven decision making across process area AI Responsibilities: • Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements. • Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor’s or advanced degree in: Electrical / Electronics Engineering Chemical / Materials Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related discipline Strong experience in semiconductor front-end processes (Diffusion/Implant preferred) Proven experience in: Yield improvement & defect reduction Process optimization and DOE Root cause methodologies (FMEA, 8D, SPC) Prior leadership or team management experience Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to operate in fast-paced high-volume manufacturing environment AI Requirements: • Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role‑appropriate AI literacy to use AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem‑solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes
