RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS Contract Management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions. Identify and mitigate contractual risks while safeguarding the firm’s interests. Allocating resources effectively and ensuring high performance across contract administration and tendering functions. Assuring construction projects meet agreed legal, regulatory and company standards Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution processes. Establish and maintain supplier relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters Attending site meetings to monitor progress, acting as the main point of contact for site and project managers Working with third parties to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the client’s own representatives Managing construction schedules and dealing with any unexpected costs Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally Communicate contract-related information and provide advice to relevant stakeholders Assist with tenders and commercial bids on behalf of Micron Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements. Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work. EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree or higher Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or Legal Related Degrees, preferred EXPERIENCE Ability to work with minimal supervision, strong project management skills Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills Skilled in written communication Proficient in drafting documents with clear articulation. Strong contract modelling software skills with contract management, procurement or legal experience Able to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders Robust skills in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project and Visio Ability to meet project objectives within designated constraints WORKPLACE Travel Required - Yes You may be assigned to manage/support projects in Taiwan, Japan, China, Singapore or Malaysia If assigned, you may be required to travel to those countries.
