Operational Excellence & Tpm Engineer - Global Facilities Standardization

As an Operational Excellence & TPM Engineer at Micron, you will lead the implementation of systems and programs that improve performance and reliability for our global Facilities operations. This is a highly impactful, global-facing role where you will be the champion for fostering a continuous improvement culture that drives operational and reliability excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and scale programs worldwide. You will play a key role in deploying Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), standardizing best practices, and implementing new operational solutions. What You Will Do: Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) at your assigned site(s) by conducting training sessions and workshops. Lead global operational excellence initiatives focusing on process standardization, performance improvement, and waste reduction. Design, develop and deliver innovative solutions that support a high-performance culture and enhance organization effectiveness. Analyze maintenance and operations data to identify performance, reliability, and cost improvement opportunities. Conduct audits to ensure alignment with TPM and operational excellence standards. Develop and standardize best practices, maintenance methods, and SOP’s. What We Are Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 2+ years experience in manufacturing, operational excellence, or continuous improvement. Experience implementing TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project execution. Experience with data analysis and visualization using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
