The Micron F10 Construction Senior Manager is responsible for the construction of Micron Singapore’s manufacturing and cleanroom projects. This person will work with a team of specialized third party builders and engineers in a highly collaborative environment. This job will require this person to work together with our factory, operations, and supply chain partners to deliver some of the most technically challenging projects in the world with demanding schedule and cost constraints. The Construction Senior Manager provide project leadership for design execution of the build plan. The manager will work closely with the Design Senior Manager to ensure development of more detailed scope through field walks and collaboration with facilities operations partners and project engineers. During detailed design and construction performed by the general contractor, the Construction Senior Manager serve as the Owner's representative to provide input on buildability and sequence of construction. As a Construction Senior Manager - your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Responsible for the supervision of all construction for all Micron’s Singapore major manufacturing and cleanroom projects. Provide project leadership for construction execution. Assemble a team of engineering specialists for smooth project execution. Work closely with the design team as they develop more detailed scope through field walks and collaboration with facilities operations partners and project engineers. Serve as the Owner's representative to provide issue resolution for construction and design conflicts. Be the primary leader who manage overall project scope, schedule, and cost of engineering. Interface and coordinate with contract design, construction, scheduling, and estimating resources. Interface with facilities staff and project managers. Work closely with the design team and the effort of engineers who define design criteria, lead scope definition and justification, and develop design concepts. Oversee completion of positioning, programming and detailed design. Work with estimators to ensure costs are captured and project budgets are met. Ensure implementation of change control process to improve standards and drive innovative solutions. Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements. Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of experience in Semiconductor Facilities, including at least 5 years leading construction projects and managing engineers, contractors, and stakeholders. Proven experience leading large-scale manufacturing, cleanroom, or semiconductor construction projects. Experience in operations and maintenance in Facilities will be an advantage Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical teams, stakeholders, and management. Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead, develop, and influence multidisciplinary teams. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across functions, organizations, and global teams. Team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
