PRINCIPAL ENGINEER GFAC SASIA - ELECTRICAL

The Principal Engineer will provide technical support and lead business process alignment for facility Electrical systems across manufacturing sites, focusing on construction project design, management, cost control, and operational/maintenance programs. Responsibilities include supporting global teams, driving reliability improvements to minimize production losses, and ensuring alignment with global design standards. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience, along with 8+ years of Facility Engineering experience, preferably within the Semiconductor Industry. Essential skills include excellent analytical, decision-making, and interpersonal communication abilities, along with proven success in cross-functional problem-solving and continuous process improvement.
