Engineer, Product Development Engineering Key Equipment Group (PDE KEG)

Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and qualifying new automated equipment and technology to support advanced packaging requirements. This includes managing equipment maturity indices, collaborating with suppliers, and implementing continuous improvement projects for production equipment. Requires a degree in Electrical, Electronic, Material, or Mechanical Engineering, or Physics, with basic knowledge of semiconductor assembly and packaging. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to integrate AI tools into their workflow.
