Sr Engineer, Fac Building Services Construction Mechanical

Lead and manage building mechanical construction for semiconductor fabs to ensure safety, cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met. Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of cleanroom HVAC, exhaust, and utility systems through to manufacturing readiness. Requires extensive expertise in mechanical engineering specifically for cleanroom environments and semiconductor facility standards. Must be capable of providing technical leadership, managing cross-discipline coordination, and ensuring regulatory safety compliance.
