- •Perform electrical and physical failure analysis on failed devices
- •Operate and maintain failure analysis equipment
- •Document analysis results and generate detailed reports
- •Collaborate with engineers to identify and resolve product issues
Required
- •Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field
- •Experience in failure analysis or semiconductor manufacturing
- •Familiarity with analytical equipment (e.g., SEM, FIB, optical microscope)
- •Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings
Nice to have
- •Experience with F10 products or similar semiconductor devices
- •Knowledge of semiconductor physics and device operation
- •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
