Business Development (Recurring Commission)

We’re a growing digital marketing agency working with SMEs in Singapore. We’re looking for someone who enjoys business conversations, relationship-building, and closing deals , and wants to earn uncapped recurring monthly income instead of a fixed salary ceiling. This is not a traditional salaried role . There is a small monthly allowance, and the main upside comes from long-term commissions on the clients you bring in. What you’ll be doing: Identifying and reaching out to SME owners and decision-makers Qualifying prospects to understand their business needs and challenges Introducing our digital marketing solutions clearly and confidently Setting up and handling sales conversations (calls, meetings, follow-ups) Building trust and long-term relationships with clients Closing deals and onboarding new clients into the agency Following up with existing clients for upsell, cross-sell, and referrals Keeping basic records of conversations, pipelines, and client status Who this is for: Comfortable with commission-based income Self-motivated and disciplined Enjoys sales and relationship-building Wants upside without being capped by a fixed salary Wants to build a long-term income stream, not just a paycheck Hungry to earn more $ Training will be provided. Background in digital marketing is a plus but not required — we care more about attitude, hunger and coachability.
