Logistics Executive

ob Summary The Logistics Executive is responsible for coordinating daily logistics and warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. This role works closely with internal departments, third-party logistics providers, and customers to maintain efficient inventory control, shipment planning, and order fulfillment while ensuring compliance with company policies. Job Responsibilities Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products. Plan and monitor delivery schedules with third-party logistics providers and transport vendors. Process sales orders, delivery orders, and shipping documentation accurately. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with the warehouse team. Ensure accurate stock movements and maintain inventory records in the ERP/system. Investigate and resolve delivery issues, shipment discrepancies, and customer complaints promptly. Liaise with internal departments such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Warehouse to ensure smooth operations. Prepare logistics reports, inventory reports, and KPI tracking for management. Monitor logistics costs and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures. Support warehouse stock take and inventory audits. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations. Experience in the consumer electronics or home appliances industry is an advantage. Familiar with ERP systems (SAP experience is preferred) and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, responsible, and committed to meeting deadlines.
