Customer Service Officer

Work Week: 5.5 days Location: Jurong Industrial Estate (Jalan Buroh) Responsibilities Serve as main contact for assigned customers- Handle enquiries, updates, and operational issues. Process orders in Warehouse Management System (WMS), coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with warehouse team. Monitor inventory accuracy, support cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies. Prepare billing, verify invoices, and generate KPI/operational reports. Work closely with warehouse, transport, and management teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field. At least 1 year of working experience in the logistics/warehouse industry. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Good communication and coordination skills.
