About this role
This role is responsible for preparing monthly and year-end payout calculations, reporting, analysis, and various ad hoc requests related to compensation accounting for the firm. The analyst will also develop value-added financial analysis and partner with businesses on financial models to support strategic initiatives.
Candidates must have 2+ years in a Finance or Accounting Role, preferably with hedge fund experience in compensation accounting, and hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with CA/CPA qualifications. Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint are required.
