Mind what Matters is a psychology practice dedicated to making mental health welcoming, evidence-based and relevant to everyday life. We provide therapy, corporate mental wellness workshops and psychological education, helping individuals and organisations build healthier minds and stronger communities. We’re looking for a creative, organised and proactive individual who is passionate about telling meaningful stories and growing our impact. What you'll do: You will lead the planning and execution of MwMs’ marketing and communications efforts across digital platforms, media, partnerships and events. You’ll work closely with our core team to translate psychological concepts into engaging, accessible content that builds trust, grows our audience and supports business development. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy •⁠ ⁠Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns. •⁠ ⁠Develop marketing material aligned with business goals. •⁠ ⁠Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements. Content & Social Media •⁠ ⁠Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and flyers. •⁠ ⁠Translate psychological concepts into accessible and engaging public education. •⁠ ⁠Coordinate photography, videography and graphic design. •⁠ ⁠Manage website updates and Instagram content. Brand & Communications •⁠ ⁠Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms. •⁠ ⁠Write media responses and corporate communications. Corporate & Partnership Marketing •⁠ ⁠Promote corporate workshops and mental wellness programmes. •⁠ ⁠Develop marketing materials for B2B clients. •⁠ ⁠Build relationships with community partners and organisations. Digital Marketing •⁠ ⁠Manage email marketing campaigns. •⁠ ⁠Coordinate paid social media and Google advertising. •⁠ ⁠Monitor SEO and website analytics. Analytics •⁠ ⁠Track key marketing metrics. •⁠ ⁠Prepare monthly reports on engagement, leads and campaign performance. •⁠ ⁠Recommend data-driven improvements. Support •⁠ ⁠understand Front Desk role and customer service orientation •⁠ ⁠⁠supervision of marketing interns during the intern cycle Requirements •⁠ ⁠Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field. •⁠ ⁠Excellent writing and editing skills. •⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing. •⁠ ⁠Experience using Canva or similar design tools. •⁠ ⁠Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and email marketing platforms is an advantage. •⁠ ⁠Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. •⁠ ⁠Singaporean or PRs only.
