Senior Accounts Executive

Company Overview The client is located in Ubi, Singapore, specializing in accounting services with a focus on full set accounts management, payroll processing, and financial compliance for diverse business needs. Job Summary As a Senior Account Executive, you will independently manage full set accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and timely payroll processing to support business operations and financial integrity. Responsibilities Independently manage full set accounts to ensure accurate and compliant financial records Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to maintain cash flow and vendor/customer relationships Maintain the General Ledger (GL) and prepare journal entries to support accurate financial reporting Perform bank reconciliations to verify and resolve discrepancies for accurate cash balances Process payroll and maintain payroll records to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation Prepare and submit GST returns to comply with tax regulations and deadlines Assist with month-end closing activities to support timely financial statements Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for audit readiness and compliance Liaise with banks, corporate secretaries, and external service providers to facilitate financial and administrative processes Support finance and administrative matters as assigned to contribute to overall operational efficiency Required competencies and certifications Minimum 3 years of relevant in-house accounting experience Proven hands-on experience in handling full set accounts independently Experience in AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, payroll, and GST processing Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience with Xero accounting software Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferably proficient in English and Mandarin Other Information Benefits 5-day work week Office located at Ubi, Singapore Friendly working environment Stable long-term career opportunity Health insurance Parental leave Candidates with working rights in Singapore are welcome to apply ---
