Project Coordinator / Scrum Master Role: Project Coordinator / Scrum Master Role Overview Drive Agile delivery execution, sprint governance, and cross-team coordination for enterprise digital transformation programs. Ensure delivery predictability, dependency management, and continuous improvement across multi-vendor teams. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives). Track sprint commitments, velocity, delivery metrics, risks and dependencies. Remove impediments and manage cross-team dependencies. Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, and release readiness. Coordinate across business, vendors, architects, QA, DevOps and infrastructure teams. Produce delivery dashboards and management reports. Support release coordination, environment readiness, and go-live activities. Mandatory Skills 5+ years as Scrum Master / Project Coordinator. Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience. Excellent stakeholder coordination skills. Jira / Confluence proficiency. Strong reporting and planning skills. Insurance or financial services exposure. Preferred Large-scale transformation program experience. SAFe / enterprise Agile exposure.
