Job Summary Assist dormitory management during incidents and events, engage with clients and residents to address concerns, and support the Estate Manager in overseeing dormitory operations. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate a team of resident service executives, security officers, maintenance officer and cleaning staff to ensure smooth dormitory operations Conduct random inspections of units to prevent prohibited items and verify authorized resident access Maintain and update dormitory management systems to ensure accurate records Enforce dormitory rules by monitoring resident compliance and taking appropriate corrective actions Assist in managing isolation and sick bay cases, coordinating follow-up actions with team members Organize and execute fire safety drills and emergency response exercises to ensure resident preparedness Support the planning and facilitation of dormitory activities such as flea markets, variety shows, and sports events Respond promptly to enquiries from clients and employers during office hours to provide accurate information and assistance Engage with residents to collect feedback on living conditions and address issues like noise and cleanliness Perform additional duties as assigned by Management to support dormitory operations Required competencies and certifications Minimum 2 years of experience in facility or estate management Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong interest in dormitory management industry Ability to multi-task and take initiative in a fast-paced, challenging environment Pleasant personality with effective communication skills Immediate availability is advantageous
