Junior Site Engineer

1. Position Summary The Junior Site Engineer will support day-to-day site operations for construction and semiconductor facility projects. This role involves coordinating subcontractors, conducting on-site inspections, preparing reports, and ensuring that works comply with project specifications, safety requirements, and schedule. Semiconductor cleanroom and MEP experience will be considered a strong advantage. 2. Key Responsibilities Site Coordination & Supervision Assist in supervising daily site works and ensure compliance with drawings, method statements, and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure smooth progress of construction and MEP installation. Monitor material deliveries, installation quality, and site progress. Technical & Documentation Review and interpret Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings. Prepare Daily Site Reports, progress photos, and inspection records. Assist in preparing method statements, material submissions, and work schedules. Support the RFI (Request for Inspection) and QA/QC process. Semiconductor Facility Support (Advantage) Assist with cleanroom work coordination (gowning, contamination control, zoning). Support MEP works related to CDA, N2, DI Water, Exhaust, HVAC, and tool hook-up. Participate in PTW (Permit-To-Work) workflow such as Hot Work, Work at Height, and Confined Space. Assist in shutdown, fit-out, or equipment installation activities (if required). Safety & Compliance Ensure all works comply with WSH regulations and site safety requirements. Report unsafe practices and participate in toolbox meetings and safety briefings. Follow LOTO and semiconductor fab safety rules where applicable. 3. Requirements Education Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building, or related fields.
