If you have a degree and teaching certification in Spanish Language, in addition to possessing excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching, we welcome you to apply for this position. Requirements • A university degree in Spanish Language. • A Certificate in the Teaching of Spanish as a Foreign Language (e.g. Bachelor/Masters in Education, Postgraduate Certificate/Diploma in Education). • At least 3 years of relevant experience teaching Spanish as a Foreign language. • Experience teaching in classroom settings at secondary level (13-18 years old) in public schools and preparing students for the GCE/GCSE O or A-Level will be an advantage. • Familiar with setting assessment papers for essay writing, reading and comprehension, and grammar. • Up-to-date with current best practices, current teaching materials, and current instructional strategies (e.g., effective application of educational technology). • Good interpersonal skills, communication skills and an excellent team player who works well with students, colleagues and parents. • A working knowledge of English (CEFR B2 level) is necessary.
