Senior Manager / Manager, Rewards & Performance Management, HRD

You will be part of a dynamic HR team in MOM, under the Rewards and Performance Management team, focusing on performance management and appraisal, and compensation and benefits. You will be given opportunities to be involved in the following key work areas: • Building a culture of strong performance management practices within the organisation to ensure a fair, credible and rigorous assessment system. • Review and implementation of performance management policies and processes, to ensure they remain relevant to the changing environment and workforce. • Management of annual exercises e.g. appraisal, ranking and promotion. • Rewards and recognition processes e.g bonus payments and awards. As part of the HR team, you will also take on various HR projects to help the Ministry to identify, develop and reward officers’ contributions and performance. • Tertiary Qualifications and IHRP certification is a plus • 1- 3 years of relevant work experience • An understanding of the workings and work processes of the Civil and Public Service, is advantageous. • Proficient in Excel, and comfortable with managing IT systems. • Other key attributes: i.
