Senior / Manager, Organisation Development & Corporate Services, CXD

• Build a strong and positive department culture that is aligned with MOM’s vision through design and execution of internal communications, programmes and activities (e.g. staff recognition and award nominations) • Design and deliver organisational development and change management strategies, processes and interventions for the department. • Design and facilitate in-house events for the department (e.g., Town Halls, staff engagement workshops) as required • Manage the department’s budget administration and procurement functions, which includes budgeting for expenditures and ensuring healthy budget utilisation, performing and supporting audit checks on processes to ensure compliance to guidelines. • Ensure effective business support for the department e.g., stock take of assets, records management, administer regular checks to identify gaps for improvement and ensure alignment with corporate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and guides etc. Qualifications and Experience: • Possess relevant working experience in customer experience/service delivery work functions, organisational development and corporate services roles. Personal Attributes, Competencies and Skills: • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills • Excellent stakeholder management and influence skills • Strong organisational and time-management skills and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes. • Independent and self-motivated. • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and other digital or design tools such as Canva will be an advantage.
