Job Summary Coordinate and oversee construction activities for LTA infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements through effective collaboration with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors. Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor construction activities to ensure progress aligns with the project schedule for LTA infrastructure works Plan and track site works according to the master programme and detailed work schedules to achieve project milestones Liaise with the Professional Engineer on temporary works and technical requirements to ensure compliance and safety Collaborate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and maintain smooth site operations Conduct site inspections to uphold construction quality standards and promptly address engineering issues Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to optimize workflow and communication Apply problem-solving skills to manage site operations efficiently and maintain structured progress Direct heavy construction vehicles safely entering and exiting site gates to maintain smooth traffic flow Manage pedestrian and public traffic around the site to prevent conflicts with construction movements Deploy, inspect, and maintain temporary traffic control equipment such as cones, blinkers, safety barriers, and signage Ensure all on-site traffic controls comply strictly with approved Land Transport Authority (LTA) traffic diversion plans Communicate effectively via walkie-talkie with crane operators, site supervisors, and other traffic wardens to coordinate traffic Report traffic safety hazards, near-misses, or unauthorized parking around the site perimeter promptly to the Safety Officer Maintain physical fitness to stand for long periods outdoors under varying weather conditions Adapt to work schedules including 5.5 days per week and rotating or night shifts for road-work requirements Required competencies and certifications Possess a …
